1. Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, with
tags/receipt.
Final sale items (e.g., personalized/custom products) are
non-returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if
damaged/defective.
We’ll email you a return authorization (RMA) number and
instructions.
3. Shipping Back Returns
Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to
our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Use a trackable shipping method (we’re not responsible for
lost returns).

4. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we
receive and inspect the item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds go back to the original payment method (exceptions
for store credit).
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us
first to confirm stock.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos as
proof.
We’ll cover return shipping and send a free replacement or
full refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized/custom-made products.
Intimate items (e.g., swimwear, earrings) for hygiene
reasons.
Digital downloads (if accessed).
